This is a problem because all my early game focus lies on egypt. Sometimes they will also accept becoming satraps which is pretty nice if Galatia wants to declare war on you. Also Cappadocia likes you and will pay for non-attack and trading treaties.
Get as much money as possible out of the peace treaties. Also as already beeing said make peace with the Quidri as there is nothing to gain for you. First this sounds like an awful thing but it is very fortunate for your opening as they are willing to pay for peace. Right after you declared war on cyprus your satraps will break up and declare war on you. Right after that you delete your mercenary elephants even when they are for sure useful but the upkeep costs are definitely not worth it (also because my personal rule is to play without mercenaries).
